We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Architect for a six-month contract, with one option for extension. This is a hybrid role, requiring the candidate to work on-site in Toronto three days per week. You will act as the senior technical advisor, focusing on high-profile healthcare projects and providing expert architectural guidance on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations to ensure strict alignment with enterprise standards, security policies (TRA), and long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities
- Review and validate vendor Alpha deliverables (data models, conceptual architecture) for Salesforce and Dynamics CRM against enterprise standards (TRA, GO-ITS, GovTechON).
- Provide architectural guidance on data, security, sharing, and integration models, including advising on single-org vs. multi-org strategies for CRM solutions.
- Prepare decision-ready reports, presentations, and documentation (designs, recommendations, implementation plans) for governance bodies (e.g., Architecture Review Board, TB/MBC).

- Act as the senior technical advisor, reviewing vendor sprint deliverables within Agile methodologies and ensuring designs comply with enterprise requirements and feed into the MVP backlog for Beta.
- Anticipate and assess architectural risks, provide mitigation strategies, and ensure the continuity of architectural knowledge from Alpha to Beta phases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting federal, provincial, or broader public sector healthcare projects.
- Expertise in assessing and guiding Salesforce and Dynamics CRM solution implementations (e.g., Salesforce LWCs, Apex, OmniStudio; Dynamics Power Apps, Dataverse).
- Proven ability to advise on single-org vs. multi-org strategies and ensure alignment with enterprise integration standards and TRA (Threat Risk Assessment).
- Experience applying Agile methodologies to review vendor sprint deliverables and guide deployment practices.
- 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade IT solutions.
- Strong experience preparing decision-ready documentation for OPS governance bodies (e.g., Architecture Review Board, TB/MBC).
- Deep knowledge of OPS enterprise architecture standards (TRA, GovTechON) and health interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED-CT).
