ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support a key client program, who has the drive to understand talent, help their teammates develop their recruiting skills, and improve our processes and approaches for doing business. You will use your strong management, organizational, and coaching skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and ensure your team provides exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. Must be located in the Edmonton, Canada area to support this hybrid role.

Required Experience

  • Industry: 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Recruiting for technical roles within engineering and skilled trades.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience

  • Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Management: Experience or exposure to people or project management
