- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Staff Full-Stack Engineer to contribute to an advanced AI workspace platform that enables secure and scalable deployment of AI solutions across enterprises. In this role, you will build and ship features, develop autonomous agents, and ensure high-performance deployment of both client-side and server-side applications. You will collaborate closely with researchers and product teams to translate cutting-edge AI models into production-ready systems, while maintaining strict security and privacy standards. This position is ideal for engineers who thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments and enjoy working across the full technology stack, from Python backend services to React-based frontend interfaces.
Accountabilities
- Develop and deploy full-stack features for AI workspace platforms using Python, React, and modern frameworks.
- Build autonomous agents and applications that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
- Write efficient, maintainable code optimized for low-resource environments and stringent deployment constraints.
- Collaborate with researchers to productionize AI models and techniques.
- Maintain system performance, security, and privacy standards across all code and deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple layers of the technology stack.
- Proven experience shipping full-stack applications in production using Python and React.
- Strong coding abilities across both frontend and backend systems.
- Experience building high-performance, secure, and scalable AI-related applications.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and objectives.
- Familiarity with RAG/agentic application development for enterprise-scale systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
