Qualifications
Must have:

• Knowledge and expertise in administrating and developing of Oracle Siebel, UCM, OID, BIP, OCH, OEDQ and CRM technologies

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in administering and developing Oracle Siebel 2023, including UCM, OID, BIP, OCH, OEDQ, and CRM technologies.

• Proficient in Siebel Tools, configuration, workflows, scripting, Open UI customization, and working with Oracle Database for performance optimization.

• Experienced with Siebel modules (Call Center, Sales, Service, Marketing), workflow automation, EAI integrations, and large-scale data migration using EIM.

Nice to have

• OPS experience.
