  • About the Role - We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to join our team and play a key role in optimizing and enhancing our Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ environments. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the platform supports our sales operations by streamlining processes, configuring features, and driving improvements that enhance overall sales productivity and efficiency.
  • About the Team - As part of the Business Systems team, you will work alongside Salesforce experts, sales managers, and technical specialists to support and maintain the Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ platforms. The team’s mission is to continuously enhance sales workflows, provide seamless user experiences, and implement innovative solutions to drive operational success across sales functions from lead generation to deal closure.
  • About the Job
  • Serve as a key Salesforce administrator supporting the Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ platforms, ensuring they operate smoothly and meet the needs of the sales teams.Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud features like Opportunity Management, Sales Processes, Forecasting, and Pipeline Visibility to improve sales team efficiency.Configure and manage Salesforce CPQ, including product configurations, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflows, to ensure seamless quoting processes.Collaborate with sales stakeholders to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve lead-to-revenue outcomes.Assist with managing integrations between Salesforce and other tools, such as marketing automation platforms, ERP systems, and third-party sales tools.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure a high level of operational efficiency.Stay current on Salesforce updates and innovations related to Sales Cloud and CPQ, proactively recommending solutions that enhance sales capabilities.Provide training and documentation to ensure teams can maximize the value of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ features and best practices.
  • About You
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and experience with CPQ.
  • Salesforce-certified (Admin, Advanced Admin, and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications required).
  • Expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration, pricing rules, and quote templates.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce configuration, system governance, and adhering to best practices for Sales Cloud environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce features specific to Sales Cloud, including Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Account/Contact Management, and Campaign Tracking.
  • In-depth familiarity with Salesforce Flows, approval workflows, and automation tools to improve sales operations.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., marketing automation platforms, ERP, and other third-party tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to collaborate across teams to design scalable solutions that support evolving sales needs.
  • Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here.
