Responsibilities
-Lead the full end-to-end delivery of complex, business-focused projects, specifically four key initiatives within the Cash Management Enhancements business case for large corporate clients.
-Drive the strategic development, articulation, and socialization of the ECRM/Salesforce Roadmap across Commercial Banking stakeholders.
-Act as the primary point of accountability, ensuring strict adherence to project governance, risk management frameworks, and internal controls.
-Masterfully manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular, concise status reporting and highly polished executive updates.
-Collaborate effectively with technology partners for implementation, while retaining clear business ownership and strategic direction for all initiatives.
-Leverage exceptional communication and influencing skills to manage ambiguity and align disparate teams towards a common strategic goal.
Qualifications
Must Haves
-8-10+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Project Manager (non-IT focus).
-5+ years of specialized experience within Cash Management product enhancement or project delivery.
-5+ years of functional project experience related to Salesforce (CRM) implementations or roadmaps.
-8+ years of proven experience in a heavily executive-facing Project Management role, demonstrating strong executive presence.
Nice to Haves
-Direct experience leading ECRM (Enterprise CRM) initiatives.
-Deep familiarity with a wide array of Commercial Banking products and operational processes.
