Join our client, a major financial institution, as a Project Manager. Your primary mission is to manage, develop, and meticulously maintain the project plan for this high-profile relocation initiative. This is a role for a seasoned professional who can operate with minimal direction on complex projects, applying expert-level knowledge of project management principles. You'll be the crucial link between various internal business units, ensuring alignment across all workstreams and coordinating every detail—from high-level strategy to essential daily "to-do's"—to prepare teams for the move. Expect to analyze data, identify risks, manage critical reporting, and deliver executive-level presentations that keep leadership informed and the project on track.

Responsibilities
-Project Orchestration: Develop, maintain, and execute the detailed project plan, setting goals, defining resource requirements, and managing costs with precision.
-Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary business-facing contact, managing communications with internal business units from executive to management levels.
-Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify risks to the project schedule, assess potential issues, and recommend swift, corrective actions.
-Workstream Integration: Ensure flawless alignment and synchronization across all 23 workstreams (including People Change Management, Relationship Management, and the Move Team) by extracting and managing business-facing components.
-Executive Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to management, clearly communicating project status, changes, and milestone achievements.
-Logistics & Readiness: Oversee stack plan alignment, coordinate move-in logistics across all business units, and ensure overall organizational readiness.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
-Experience: 7-10 years of demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in complex, cross-functional environments.
-Industry Expertise: Direct, working experience in real estate, workplace transformation, or major relocation projects.
-Executive Engagement: Proven track record of successfully engaging with executives and senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
-Project Proficiency: Expert proficiency in MS Tools, including PowerPoint and MS Project, for planning and executive-level reporting.
-Core Skill: A history of successfully developing and executing detailed project plans from the ground up.
Nice to Haves:
-Prior experience within a Financial Institution (FI).
-A certified PMP (Project Management Professional) designation—the gold star of project mastery!
