• Join our team as a Senior Project Manager in the Private Sector to join our Vancouver Team!
• This is a leadership opportunity that will enable the right candidate to work alongside a dynamic and flexible team to leverage our Real Estate brand and expertise in corporate office, commercial, and institutional buildings.
• We are seeking an energetic, passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative Senior Project Manager to help lead our growth across the province. This person will inspire, empower, and support a team of project leaders and collaborate with our national team of experts. The Senior Project Manager would be a relationship builder who can clearly communicate our value proposition as a Professional Services Company.
• Responsibilities
• You will be a trusted advisor, applying your deep understanding of design, construction and operation of a variety of buildings and facilities to represent Owners’ best interests and achieve their strategic end goals.
• Act as Project Lead to support designated project managers and be accountable for project success.
• Apply your leadership and communication skills to lead, delegate, and empower staff across multiple high-performing project delivery teams.
• Lead the planning, preparation, and delivery of compelling presentations.
• Ensure quality and compliance with our ISO certified quality management system.
• Lead and educate clients through the set-up, initiation, execution, monitoring and reporting of their projects.
• Act as the key relationship holder with the Client to understand their needs, and develop and execute account management plans.
• Lead and support the pursuit of new business.
• Qualifications
• Proven track record with 8+ years of project management experience, ideally within office, commercial, and institutional. projects, demonstrating your ability to lead complex, high-impact initiatives.
• Experience in leading projects through the full project life cycle (planning, design and construction) in new development and building improvement projects.
• Experience closing new business, winning key pursuits (incl. client interviews)
• A degree or diploma in a construction-related discipline.
• PMP designation is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• A broad written and verbal communication skill set including strong presentation, stakeholder facilitation and report writing skills.
• Expert in client and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence key decision-makers and resolve a variety of challenges, whether commercial, technical, or interpersonal, while maintaining focus on project objectives and ensuring smooth coordination.
• Approximate Base Salary Range for Role: $100,000 CAD to $145,000 CAD.
• Base Salary pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Annual bonus opportunities are in addition to base salary.
