- We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams in shaping and delivering innovative digital products. This role focuses on identifying market opportunities, defining product strategies, and driving execution to meet both customer needs and business goals. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance, oversee product lifecycles, and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure high-quality, data-driven outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, mentor junior product managers, and promote continuous improvement across product initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable product decisions. Occasional travel may be required, though this is primarily a remote role.
Accountabilities
- · Serve as a strategic advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders and guiding product decisions.
- · Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities and inform product strategies.
- · Define long-term product vision and roadmap, aligning initiatives with market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
- · Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, prioritizing features and balancing trade-offs.
- · Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Delivery teams to ensure successful development, launch, and adoption.
- · Establish key performance metrics, analyze data for insights, and drive iterative product improvements.
- · Mentor associate and mid-level product managers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- · Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric product management.
- · 5+ years of professional experience managing digital product lifecycles with complex features and cross-functional teams.
- · Strong understanding of web technologies, software development concepts, and APIs.
- · Proven experience leading discovery sessions, prioritization workshops, and requirements elicitation.
- · Goal-oriented, autonomous, and highly organized; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- · Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- · Experience with agile development methodologies and modern collaborative design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
- · Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira) and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
