- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a CCaaS solutions integrator, including two (2) years as a Tech Lead
- Strong knowledge of Genesys or another contact center solution
- Proficiency in automation and scripting
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (French and English)
