About

  • Company Description
  • MEDFAR Clinical Solutions was founded in 2010 by two aeronautical engineers who realized that the healthcare system was not exploiting the full potential of technology. Supported by a large community of medical experts and focused on clinical success and patient safety, MEDFAR was the first company to certify a cloud-based Electronic Medical Record in Canada: MYLE (Make Your Life Easy).
  • Committed to promoting excellence and effectiveness in healthcare worldwide, MEDFAR differentiates itself by offering a unique healthcare management solution for clinics, which replaces inefficient processes with a faster and safer technological alternative.
  • Job Description
  • As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to bring intuitive, performant features to life on iOS, Android, and web using React Native.
  • You bring deep technical expertise, a strong sense of ownership, and a mentoring mindset that raises the bar for the entire team. You combine hands-on development with architectural thinking to ensure every product we ship is stable, scalable, and delightful to use.

What you'll do

As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will go beyond building features. You will help shape the foundation of our mobile ecosystem and the standards that guide how we deliver quality software. Specifically, you will

  • Architect for Scale: Design and evolve robust, maintainable, and secure mobile application architectures that perform seamlessly across platforms.
  • Own the Build and Release Process: Manage the full lifecycle of mobile releases, including builds, signing, certificates, versioning, and deployments to app stores.
  • Handle Stores and Publishing: Configure and maintain app store accounts, certificates, and credentials. Oversee publishing workflows and ensure timely, compliant releases.
  • Champion Quality and Standards: Write clean, testable, and performant code. Uphold best practices in accessibility, maintainability, and performance optimization.
  • Enhance Workflows: Improve build automation, testing pipelines, and release management processes to streamline delivery and reduce risk.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Developers to deliver cohesive, user-focused experiences.
  • Mentor and Guide: Support peers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural discussions. Encourage curiosity and technical growth across the team.
  • Drive Technical Innovation: Explore new tools and frameworks that improve scalability, developer experience, and long-term product health.
  • Qualifications
  • What You Bring
  • University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in mobile development, including extensive experience with React Native for cross-platform applications.

  • Deep understanding of mobile build systems, certificates, signing, and app publishing for both iOS and Android.
  • Experience managing store releases, versioning, and CI/CD automation for mobile delivery.
  • Experience integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs, native modules, and third-party libraries
  • Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization, debugging, and security best practices.
