Job Description: The Advice Journey & Enablement team is responsible for the design and delivery of solutions across Private Wealth Management (PWM) and our Financial Planning (FP) businesses to drive our business forward. This team enables all stages of the client and relationship manager lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, servicing, pricing, products and services, managed solutions, work enablement, and leader engagement. The Acquisition Product Group (as a part of the Advice Journey) supports both Financial Planning and Private Wealth Management to meet client acquisition goals across 3 pillars: 1. Digital Strategy and Engagement: Strategy and engagement with prospective clients across all pages for FP/PWM on TD.com 2. Targeted Marketing Campaigns & Leads Programs: Partnering with Marketing to deliver client offer campaigns (TD Investing Campaign) and targeted leads programs 3. OneTD: Partnering across CPB, Business Banking, TDI and within Wealth to identify referral opportunities to/from Financial Planning and Private Wealth Management as well as developing discussion topics/performance data for a variety of senior executive forums Accountabilities Reporting to the VP, Executive Journey Product Owner, Advice Journey & Enablement, the Senior Manager, Product Group Owner role requires a strategic problem solver, relationship management and business acumen. This role will be responsible for the following: Leads the strategy and execution of transformation of TD.com for Financial Planning and Private Wealth Management Owns OneTD relationships across CPB, Business Banking, TDI and within Wealth Leads the relationship with Corporate Marketing & Business Marketing to deliver high quality acquisition programs Partners with the Financial Planning National Office and PWM Strategy & Solutions teams to design, build and execute acquisition programs Prepare, deliver and present executive level presentations and reports Develop a Leads & Referral ecosystem designing a client journey roadmap for acquisition into Financial Planning and Private Wealth Management The Senior Manager will lead a team of professionals and set the team's direction based on strategic priorities and lead the team to deliver with excellence by: Setting a persuasive vision and inspire team to engage Setting ambitious goals and pursue innovate solutions to complex problems Supporting employees in their personal and professional performance development through regular coaching and feedback Creating and fostering a cohesive team and promote a positive work environment with open communication and the sharing of experiences and/or knowledge Participate in Action Planning meetings for TD Pulse The Senior Manager will facilitate a number of executive forums focused on Acquisition across the VP's in FP and PWM as well as with partners (CPB, Business Banking, TD Insurance and Direct Investing/TD Asset Management). This role will also require direct engagement with the SVP and Head of Private Wealth Management and SVP of Financial Planning so the applicable candidate must possess executive level written and verbal communication skills. Required Education and/or Accreditation Undergraduate Degree, MBA would be an asset Previous experience in Private Wealth Management or Financial Planning (Advice), and/or Product Management would be an asset.
