- Work Flexibility: Hybrid What you will do We’re looking for a Senior Inventory Planning Analyst (Contract) to join our team on a contractual basis and help drive smart, data-driven inventory decisions. In this role, you’ll analyze inventory health and performance metrics to optimize supply levels, reduce waste, and ensure product availability. You’ll be a key player in managing safety stock, planning last-time buys, and supporting product lifecycle changes—all while collaborating across teams to support business goals. Perform quarterly Safety Stock/Reorder Point and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) analysis and provide recommendations that will support OTIF targets and optimize inventory levels Analyze larger/bulk inventory purchases to assess the financial impact on the business and provide recommendations based on data driven insights Prepare and present inventory insights for the monthly business reviews Develop and maintain dashboards using advanced data analytics and visualization tools to monitor supply chain health Proactively identify and implement improvements in inventory planning processes, , tools, and systems to drive supply chain optimization Lead PLCM activities to ensure optimization of inventory and minimal product write off Act as a subject matter expert within the Inventory Planning function, collaborating cross-functionally with IBP, Finance, and Commercial teams What you need Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field 4 years of experience in inventory management, business management, finance, supply chain management, or other related fields Proficiency in Excel skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with PowerBI Travel Percentage: 10% Stryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
