As a Senior Implementation Coordinator, you will lead the onboarding of major and complex Group Business Insurance clients for Desjardins, playing a strategic role in ensuring successful implementation and long-term client satisfaction. You will manage high-value, large market cases that require advanced coordination, precision, and collaboration across multiple teams. This role involves working closely with Account Executives and attending strategic meetings with the Regional Vice President (RVP) to align implementation plans with business goals. You will be responsible for navigating complex requirements, customizing solutions, and ensuring all aspects of the onboarding process are executed flawlessly. More specifically, you will be required to: Serve as the lead point of contact for clients during the onboarding of large and complex group business insurance plans for Desjardins. Manage end-to-end implementation for high-value clients, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. Collaborate with Account Executives, internal departments, and senior leadership, including the RVP, to support business development and client retention. Attend strategic meetings to represent implementation interests and contribute to planning and decision-making. Analyze complex client requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet both client needs and Desjardins standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of all implementation steps. Travel across Canada on short notice to support client onboarding, relationship-building, and strategic initiatives.
