Overview We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Figma and experienced in designing across digital platforms, presentations, and brand strategy projects. This role involves working closely with brand and marketing teams to create visually consistent assets that strengthen brand presence across all media. Please note this is a FULL-TIME role. You are required to work 9-5 EST, without exception. You will be let go should we find out work is not being completed during these hours. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to this. Qualifications • 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or marketing-driven environment. • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva. • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design. • Experience developing cohesive brand systems and presentation decks. • Familiarity with digital marketing design standards (social ads, Google Display, responsive layouts). • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have • Experience in light video editing, animation, or GIF creation. • Knowledge of marketing funnels and ad performance metrics. • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
