Part-Time Lead Full Stack Developer (Next.js, TypeScript) – SaaS MVP We’re building a form-building SaaS (Typeform competitor) and are looking for a Lead Developer to take charge of our small dev team and help us ship a production-ready MVP. This is a part-time role (10-15 hrs/week) where you’ll be both a hands-on contributor and the main point of contact for development. What you’ll do: • Write high-quality production code (full-stack). • Lead 2 other developers: assign tasks, review code, and keep priorities clear. - let founder know if the developers are too slow or writing low quality, making too many bugs, etc • Organize development workflow to ensure features are built in the right order and nothing gets dropped. • Debug, refine, and complete an app scaffolded with Cursor AI • Contribute directly to core features when needed. • Ensure the app remains stable, functional, and ready for production. Tech stack: • Next.js 14 (App Router) • TypeScript • Tailwind CSS • React Hook Form You should have: • Senior-level experience with Next.js + TypeScript (front-end and back-end). • Proven leadership experience (mentoring, task delegation, code review). • Strong debugging/problem-solving skills. • SaaS/product launch experience (nice to have).
