  • As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will report to the Senior Finance Manager and support financial controllership, analysis, and business partnership for Amplifon Canada. You’ll own specific workstreams and play a key role in accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and investment optimization across functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Lead and support Canada’s annual budgeting and recurring forecasting processes; build and maintain financial models to inform decisions.
  • Partner with functional leaders to pressure‑test assumptions, analyze spend trends, and recommend actions to stay within budget.
  • Monitor and control labor costs and headcount for field and back office teams.
  • Manage ad‑hoc analyses and executive asks; synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Own and guide Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) process impacts to ensure financial accuracy and consistent behaviors across the business.
  • Month End Reporting
  • Assist with month‑end close: OPEX and labor variance analysis, COGS analysis, KPI tracking, and management reporting.
  • Review monthly OPEX with functional teams; create and manage prepaids and accruals.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure accurate campaign spend reporting and ROI visibility.
  • Own monthly CAPEX tracking and reporting; support semi‑monthly A/R reporting with the Billing Team Lead.
  • Prepare and submit monthly results to North America Finance; provide local, regional, and global reporting as required.
  • Support inventory count reporting; assist with semi‑annual environmental data reporting and own monthly/quarterly Statistics Canada submissions.
  • Local, Regional and Global Projects
  • Contribute to financial systems and modeling transformations; support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications in this role include, but are not limited to

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • CPA designation (CA, CMA, or CGA)
  • 2–5 years’ experience in financial reporting and/or FP&A
  • Proficiency with large ERP and EPM/BI environments (e.g., Oracle, HFM, Essbase)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; expert in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of IFRS and how it impacts financial results
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills; able to craft a clear narrative from complex data
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities; strong communicator and relationship builder; proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Comfortable partnering across all levels and translating insights into action plans

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Experience in retail or healthcare environments.
  • Background in a large multinational or publicly traded company.
  • Exposure to M&A activities is a plus.
  • Familiarity with BI tooling and financial modeling transformations.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process consistency.
