Campaign & Program Management
Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor emails (batch, triggered, and automated lifecycle journeys).
Set up and execute drip campaigns/workflows for new DD customers.
Update creative & copy within existing automations to power A/B tests.
Assist with weekly campaign reporting using provided dashboards.
Work with the team to turn off campaigns or optimize per client directives.
QA flows, triggers, and configurations per campaign requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with creative studios and operational partners to ensure smooth execution.
Review creative assets and provide feedback for alignment with campaign briefs.
Serve as the main point of contact for execution teams, providing context for segmentation and targeting.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Launch email & push campaigns for partner marketing teams.
Monitor and optimize performance of emails and push campaigns.
Track and analyze program performance; provide insights and actionable recommendations.
Support test & learn efforts across the marketing team.
3+ years of advanced experience with CRM/email marketing platforms (ESP).
End-to-end experience building workflows and one-off campaigns.
Proficiency in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM strategies.
Experience with marketing automation tools (Braze, Salesforce preferred but not required).
Strong project management and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience with Slack for internal comms.
Exceptional analytical skills and reporting capability (Excel/Sheets).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Braze (huge plus!).
Experience in fintech, delivery apps, or service-centric platforms (Grab, etc.).
Familiarity with audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and campaign execution.
1+ years using Asana or similar project management tools.
Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
Tableau experience a plus.
Competency with HTML, JavaScript, and API integrations.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Track and identify trends, presenting findings to clients and leadership.
