  • Managing information related to contracts (clients, partners, suppliers), and within internal contractual IT systems. Knowledge management and enforcement of process
  • Working with process specialists (Legal Operations Managers) who manage IT systems, process, internal corporate change programs, and knowledge repositories (i.e. document repositories, FAQs, and wikis) associated with contracts and legal support
  • Providing “peer reviews” of departmental contract redlines, and requesting such peer reviews to support a robust, quality-driven process
  • Reviewing documentation that forms part of various strategic sales, partnerships, or acquisitions
  • Balancing risk mitigation with The Adaptavist Group’s global strategy and priorities
  • Contributing to the assessment and careful use of AI where applicable in the contract management process.
  • Working collaboratively to provide continuous improvement of cross-team training, playbooks, contract templates, and legal processes
