• We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.
• The Senior Business System Analyst is responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role involves working closely with business users and IT teams to ensure that Oracle Fusion applications align with organizational needs and are effectively implemented. The Business System Analyst will play a critical role in identifying system requirements, performing functional testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system efficiency and reliability.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITIL ticket management, business processes, and an ability to support system implementations, optimizations, and troubleshooting efforts.

• This position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the flexibility to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus. The requirement for in-office presence is a minimum of 40% of your schedule in a month.
