Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including:
●Project Leadership & Execution: Plan and execute highly complex and uncertain projects, overseeing operating procedures and monitoring the productivity and performance of the project team.
●Scope & Requirement Management: Actively manage project scope by assessing all requirements changes, determining, and conveying the direct impact on timelines, budget, and resourcing.
●Scheduling & Goal Attainment: Develop, manage, and ensure strict adherence to project schedules and the successful completion of established project goals.
●Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively raise and track risks, issues, and conflicts; actively remove barriers; resolve minor project risks/issues and escalate them appropriately to leadership.
●Communication & Reporting: Manage all project communications, including preparing and delivering detailed status reports to executives, stakeholders, business partners, and vendors. Maintain and effectively manage project management repositories.
●Change & Governance: Facilitate Project Sponsor awareness of changes, appropriately manage organizational change management, and set up appropriate governance and oversight to ensure adherence to established Project Management standards.
●Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong working relationships across platform teams to build influence and impact with key business partners.
Qualifications
Must-Have (Dealbreakers)
●Experience: 5+ years’ progressive business project-related experience.
●Project Knowledge: Advanced project management knowledge, including:
○Project plan development and scheduling capabilities.
○Project metrics gathering, analyzing, and reporting.
○Risk and issue management and cost/benefit analysis.
●Technical Proficiency: Intermediate or higher proficiency in:
○MS Suites, including Excel and MS Project.
○Jira and Confluence
Nice-to-Have
●Industry Experience: Internal Audit and Regulatory Compliance experience is an asset.
●Methodology Experience: Experience with Iterative Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
