  • Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto, Canada. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role will lead a cross-functional team, supporting Marsh’s Client Management team by applying product analysis skills to define features, requirements, and workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, a deep understanding of business processes, and experience in assessing current products, identifying improvements, and driving solutions from concept to completion. In this role, they will also lead collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver high-quality solutions. We will count on you to: Gather, document, and communicate clear business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals. Identify business problems and opportunities to inform solution development. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and priorities. Ensure solutions support business goals and provide traceability from requirements to IT implementations. Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate IT solutions against current processes and future needs. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), developing scenarios and scripts, and facilitate acceptance with the user community. Act as the primary point of contact for the development team regarding product management, requirements, and release scope. What you need to have: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience working with stakeholders, with practical IT project expertise as a Business Analyst or Product Owner. Educational background in BE, BTech, MCA, or MTech. Strong communication, negotiation, investigative, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Current experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams. Open to new challenges and willing to take on additional responsibilities. What makes you stand out: Familiar with the MERN tech stack and experienced in documenting requirements using Microsoft Azure (ADO) and Confluence. Certified in Agile or Project Management methodologies, with strong business process analysis and documentation skills. Prior experience and knowledge of the Insurance domain.
