• 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday


Responsibilities
• Disciplined Analysis and Documentation– Work with Business Partners, Business Sponsor/Lead(s), Technology partners, Stakeholder groups, and project team members, to assess and document the current state and to formulate a target state and roadmap. Present detailed business requirements and process flows aligned with strategy and ensure all required artifacts are socialized and approved within required timelines. As assigned, participate in User acceptance and business implementation activities.
• Strong Collaboration and Decision Support– Lead activities to help internal partners make informed and timely decisions related to scope, requirements, technology, organization, costs, financial reconciliation, schedule etc. Motivate and inspire your project teams as you work toward a common goal and successful outcomes. Build ongoing partnerships with key clients and business partners.
• Project Leadership – Performs a subject matter leadership role to Project Delivery on project related activities. Proactively identify risks to the project schedule and find ways to mitigate them. Monitor milestones; ensure they’re completed according to timelines and budgets. Execute a project plan that strikes the right balance between budget, time, and risk.
• Clear Communication – Develop compelling presentation materials to support working team and executive discussions and to articulate Workstream status. Maintain detailed project plans, risks, actions, issues and decision logs, track progress and schedule regular reviews and updates. Raise awareness and status of items through clear and timely communication.
Who You Are
• You can demonstrate knowledge of Banking Operations processes: knowledge of Financial systems, front-office and back-office operations and Capital Markets/Trading Investment processes and platforms are an asset, but not required. You have a degree/diploma in Business, Arts, Science, Engineering, and/or a related field of study.
• You can demonstrate experience in: defining and reengineering processes, documenting business requirements, formulating test plans and people change management tactics. You have worked on large scale, multi-faceted programs and understand what it takes from a client, business and technology perspective to successfully define and deliver change within a fast paced and high-volume environment.
• You give meaning to data. You enjoy investigating complex problems, and making sense of information. You are confident in your ability to formulate and communicate insights in an impactful way.
• Communication and interpersonal skills are your strengths. You have exceptional interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills necessary to gain commitment and support for desired objectives and to deliver project artifacts.

Qualifications
Must Have Requirement:

1. Business Analyst experience – 5+ years
2. Experience with Jira - 2+ years
3. Experience with payments - 2 years
4. Strong communication skills


Nice to Have:

1. Banking experience
