Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Enterprise Shared Service Centre (ESSC) within the Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO). The role will support the Global IGA Transformation Office (GITO), focusing on risk management, compliance, and supplier governance. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-impact environment, interfacing with stakeholders across the organization.
The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing risk, driving process improvements, and providing actionable insights to senior management.

Responsibilities
•Perform risk management and compliance activities related to suppliers and third-party arrangements.
•Conduct business analysis, reporting, and portfolio analytics using tools such as Archer, Tableau, and Ivalua.

•Support initiative and project management activities within the Global IGA Transformation Office.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise and provide insights for risk mitigation strategies.
•Develop and maintain documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools to support governance initiatives.
•Present findings effectively to diverse audiences, including senior management.
Qualifications
Must-have:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BComm/MBA) or equivalent.
•Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP), Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation, or similar risk management certification preferred.
•3+ years of experience in Supplier Risk, Risk Management, or Governance practices.
•Strong understanding of General Ledger accounts and capital markets concepts.
•Working knowledge of Archer or equivalent risk and compliance tools.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivots, VLOOKUP, formulas, Power Query).
•Strong communication, relationship management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-have:
•Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
•Familiarity with procurement systems such as Ivalua.
•Financial services/banking experience.
•Ability to interpret contracts and commercial purchase language.
