Build a zero-trust, Canada-only backend for a small, high-impact healthcare pilot. Frontend (mobile + web) is complete; we need a senior backend/cloud engineer to stand up the serverless API, a redaction-first generation gateway (calls an external model API behind deterministic pseudonymization), the data layer, and ops on Google Cloud + Firebase. Scope includes time-series ingestion and aggregates, configurable input-preferences that shape generated summaries, secure exports, and production-grade monitoring, audit, and backups. Acceptance is hard-gated by pre-BAA HIPAA/PIPEDA readiness (Canada residency enforced, proven redaction, schema-validated outputs, least-privilege IAM, Secret Manager only). Shortlisted applicants sign NDA to receive the detailed brief and milestones.
