• • Partner and Work closely with client stakeholders, product managers and developers to gather and analyze requirements.
• • Translate business objectives into requirements and develop Agile Epics, User Stories, and support Backlog Grooming for data ingestion and curation use cases.
• • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment and transparency across teams.
• • Support testing, validation, and rollout of analytics solutions or data products.
• • Experienced and have good understanding of technology and tools like SQL, DBT, GCP and Data Warehousing.
• • Create detailed SRS documentations from Business Requirement.
• • Analyze the data and document the varied data scenarios.
• • Knowledge on creating user stories and dashboards in Jira.
• • Good at business and technical analysis
• • Excellent gap analysis in business requirements
• • Exceptional at elicitation of business requirements and team coordination
• • Lead the Offshore team and provide business and requirement understanding and support development and QA testing phase.
• • Work closely with Project Managers in delivering the projects on timely manner.
• • Preferred background in Technical Analysis for complex solutions
• • Excellent Cross-team communication and collaboration
• • Participate in design discussions with Technical Teams.
• • Good problem-solving techniques.
• • Good communication skills to communicate technical concepts

• Qualifications
• • Must have an experience of 10+ Years.
• • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle.
• • Technical Awareness of SQL, Telecom datasets.
• • Good Exposure in data analysis and converting the business requirements into technical requirements.
• • Work in a fast environment with dynamically changing priorities.
• • Proven experience creating functional and non-functional business requirements.
• • Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents.
• • Strong understanding of end-to-end cross-functional software development.
• • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills required to interact with staff, colleagues, management and internal/external customers.
• • Attention to details to include ability to follow written and verbal directions and error free written communication
• • Manage multiple projects and priorities, tasks and coordinate various channels of communication.
• • Ability to facilitate and conduct meetings while asking questions and soliciting feedback, presenting and capturing notes/requirements in various software.
• • Strong experience with Business Productivity applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• • Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Atlassian (Jira and Confluence).
• • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud) is a plus.
