Reporting directly to the Pricing Director, you'll be instrumental in shaping our pricing landscape, identifying key revenue opportunities, and ensuring consistent, effective pricing practices from coast to coast. Key Responsibilities Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with the Regional Pricing Managers for both our Eastern and Western divisions, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on pricing initiatives. Unlock Revenue Potential: Dive deep into our data to identify revenue leakage and pinpoint significant opportunities to enhance our pricing strategies. Your insights will directly impact our profitability. Drive System Excellence: Be hands-on with our pricing systems, performing mass data loads, creating and adjusting pricing lines, and ensuring the seamless execution of our pricing models. Standardize and Innovate: Lead the charge in standardizing pricing templates, tools, and best practices across both regions, fostering consistency and efficiency. Champion Advanced Analytics: Leverage your analytical prowess to conduct advanced pricing analyses, uncovering strategic opportunities for value capture and contributing to our competitive edge. Performance Reporting: Develop and provide insightful reporting on pricing performance, offering analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement. Contribute to a Key Migration: Provide strategic and analytical support to address exciting and challenging topics related to our ongoing ERP migration, helping to make critical pricing business decisions. Manage Pricing for New Products & Services: Take ownership of the pricing process for new products and services, conducting market research, analyzing costs, and setting competitive prices to maximize profitability. Participate in CPQ System Migration: Act as a key member of the CPQ migration project team for the Canadian division, ensuring the new tool meets our business needs and aligns with our pricing standards. #LI-DNI ___________________ Are you a MATCH? Required Education and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Data Analysis & Reporting: You have a deep understanding of data manipulation and analysis. You're proficient in using Google Sheets and Spreadsheets to perform complex analysis on large datasets. Experience with SQL queries is a significant advantage, as you'll be expected to use it to extract and analyze data from our databases for reporting and strategic insights. Strategic Mindset: You're not just about the numbers; you understand how pricing impacts the broader business strategy and can translate data into actionable recommendations. Exceptional Communication & Collaboration: You possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Your strong soft skills enable you to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and foster effective collaboration across different teams and regions. System Acumen: You're comfortable with data entry and management within business systems, and eager to learn our specific pricing platforms.
