Hi there! We're launching a premium leather jacket brand in the United States this Fall (October). Our jackets are manufactured in Asia and will be shipped to the U.S. for fulfillment. We’re looking for a Shopify fulfillment expert who can help us set up the entire logistics pipeline — end-to-end. ✅ Scope of Work: We need support with: • 📦 Selecting the most cost-effective and reliable fulfillment provider (e.g., Amazon MCF, Flexport, 3PLs, etc.) • 🚚 Coordinating inbound shipments from Asia to the U.S. fulfillment warehouse • 🔌 Integrating the fulfillment system with our Shopify store • 🔁 Setting up smooth returns and exchanges workflows • ⚙️ Configuring all backend logistics so we’re ready to go live • 🔄 Ensuring customers have a seamless experience — from order to delivery to potential return/exchange • 📊 Consulting on best practices, including packaging, tracking, SLAs, and scalability ⸻ 📍 You Should Have: • Experience setting up fulfillment for Shopify eCommerce stores • Knowledge of U.S.-based fulfillment services (especially for apparel brands) • Familiarity with returns & exchange policies and how to manage them operationally • Ability to help set up and/or recommend apps or services for fulfillment and shipping • Bonus if you have experience working with international suppliers 📝 Note: This opportunity is for setting everything up inside Shopify or any fulfillment/3PL platform (e.g., apps, workflow, returns/exchange rules, etc.). It does not include handling customer returns or exchanges after the store goes live.
