• Improve transparency and predictability of team output. Assist the squad in identifying and removing technical and organizational impediments. Use metrics and tooling to identify trends and opportunities improvement. Facilitate and improve team interactions with partners, stakeholders, and peers. Foster a collaborative culture and ensure the squad regularly celebrates success. Align squad with Cloud Fleet operating model; actively participate in Scrum Master guild.
