Scheduling Assistant About the Position: Our scheduling team is the heartbeat of our organization. • They are responsible to ensure we have the Right People in the Right Place and the Right Time. • Scheduling works relentlessly with various departments and our employees, to ensure our clients receive the very best level of care and experience. • We are looking for someone who is calm, patient, steady and strong. • Someone who can learn quickly, navigate multiple systems, and has excellent prioritization and communication skills (written and verbal). Who you are: • Highly adaptable, able to quickly navigate the changing environment. • Familiar with scheduling trends and approaches. • Someone who can get things done, even in periods of transition and high volume. What you will do: • Assist the Scheduling Manager with “all things scheduling”. • Use different technology and software to document and process employee scheduling transactions such as employment requisitions, transfers, requests for vacation, leaves of absence and terminations. • Support efforts to ensure our schedules are aligned to provide our clients with on-going support. Qualifications & Experience • You have a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field such as Business. • Experience with related scheduling duties, preferably within the Health Care industry. • Familiar with UKG PRO, UKG WFM would be considered an asset. • Strong conflict resolution skills with a high degree of accountability, initiative, and responsiveness. • You thrive in a fast-changing work environment and are able to adapt to changing priorities within the business and industry. • Efficient, organized and developed exceptional time management skills with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
