•  Bureau Veritas is looking for a Sample ReceptionTechnician to join our environmental laboratory in Saint-Laurent, QC.

 Summary To receive samples from clients in a professional manner and to ensure that the samples’ integrity is maintained by respecting holding times, sample conditions and requested turnaround times. After samples are inspected, they are to be entered into the Bureau Veritas system within the same day of reception.Your main responsibilities are: You are an ideal candidate if you

• Have a DES or its equivalent;
• Have very good computer skills;
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Are energetic personality that can manage and enjoys working with stress and tight guidelines in a professional manner.

Work conditions

• Full time position (37.5 hours);
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 10AM to 6PM (available for overtime 1-2 hours/day and Saturdays on rotation)
• Ability to work on your feet for long hours;
• Ability to lift coolers going up to 50lbs.
