Description: We are a seeking contractor to assist a Canadian health tech SaaS startup company preparing to revamp their sales operations. We are seeking an experienced professional who can combine CRM expertise (Salesforce/HubSpot) with strategic SaaS sales insights to help them restart and scale their sales efforts. Your Role: • Audit and optimize our existing Salesforce/HubSpot setup to align with our sales goals • Design and implement sales workflows, automations, and reporting systems • Develop a strategy to consistently generate 3–4 qualified leads per month • Provide actionable recommendations to support long-term sales growth What We’re Looking For: • Proven track record in SaaS sales strategy and lead generation • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and/or HubSpot CRM • Ability to translate CRM improvements into measurable sales outcomes • Strong communicator who can collaborate with our leadership team Next Steps: We have an in-person meeting scheduled in Toronto the week of October 20 to review proposals and shape the roadmap.
