- We’re growing and seeking a Salesforce CPQ Administrator to support our expanding sales operations and digital transformation goals. As a Salesforce CPQ Administrator, you will be a key player in managing and optimizing Calabrio’s Salesforce CPQ platform. You will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and IT to ensure our quoting and deal management processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
- This role requires hands-on configuration expertise in Salesforce CPQ, solid understanding of Salesforce core functionality, and an eye for process improvement. Experience with DocuSign or similar document generation tools is a strong plus.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce CPQ configurations including product catalog, pricing rules, discounting structures, approval workflows, and quote templates
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and IT to support quoting processes, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across CPQ and integrated systems
- Perform system testing, validation, and deployment of CPQ-related enhancements
- Assist in user training and create documentation for CPQ processes and updates
- Support DocuSign document generation processes and templates (experience preferred but not required)
- Identify opportunities for automation and improved UX within the CPQ workflow
- Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce CPQ users, acting as subject matter expert
- Partner with Salesforce developers and admins on broader platform enhancements and releases
We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of CPQ components: Product Configuration, Pricing, Discount Schedules, Quote Templates, and Approvals
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce as an Admin or Analyst
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ administration and configuration experience
Preferred
- Experience with DocuSign CLM or document generation tools
- Salesforce Administrator and/or CPQ Specialist Certification
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology organization
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
