To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking a Sales Support Lead. In this position you will support the sales organization by managing sales coordination, ensuring exceptional dealer and customer service, and driving process efficiency

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Oversee inside sales activities including quoting, order entry, invoicing, territory manager and dealer support.
  • Assist with creating and administering sales programs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between inside sales and territory managers.
  • Respond promptly to dealer and territory manager inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and product information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through proactive communication.
  • Visit dealers, attend farm shows, and participate in industry events to strengthen relationships and support sales initiatives.
  • Improve workflows for quoting, order processing, and CRM utilization.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement best practices.
  • Track and report on whole good inventory, sales metrics, pipeline activity, order fulfillment, and invoicing.
  • Provide actionable insights to the Sales Manager and leadership team.
  • Mentor and guide inside sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and customer-focused team culture.

We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in inside sales or sales support, preferably in agricultural equipment or heavy machinery.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to lead and develop a small team.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with dealer networks and B2B sales processes is an asset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP platforms is an asset.
