As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships with decision-makers (including CEOs), and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. This is a high-ticket, B2B sales role focused on long-term pipeline development rather than quick transactional wins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients in markets such as New York and Chicago
  • Engage in consultative conversations with senior executives and handle objections confidently
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline with a focus on long-term relationship development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 9AM - 7PM EST

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Background in financial services, recruitment, or similar industries is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent
  • Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in high-pressure environments
  • Comfortable speaking with C-level executives and navigating complex sales cycles
  • Self-motivated, mature, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
