What You’ll Do
- Sell world-class keynotes, trainings, and virtual presentations. You’ll help organizations solve real challenges by connecting them with a message that transforms mindset, unlocks trust, and drives execution.
- Represent our powerful speakers. You’ll become fluent in each speaker’s message, ideal client, and differentiators—positioning the right voice for the right audience.
- Own the full sales process. From discovery calls to contracts, you’ll guide leads from interest to impact—clearly, confidently, and with urgency.
- Build strong relationships. You won’t just close deals—you’ll build trust and long-term partnerships by showing up, listening deeply, and delivering value.
- Grow the business. This role is about more than transactions—it’s about expanding our reach, amplifying our message, and making a real difference in the lives of leaders and teams.
- Solve problems. Every client is different, and you’ll adapt, guide, and respond with solutions that fit their needs and elevate their mission.
- Collaborate cross-functionally. You’ll work alongside marketing and our Client Success team to ensure seamless experiences from the first call to final delivery.

- B2B sales experience. You’ve navigated longer sales cycles, built trust with decision-makers, and know how to close high-value deals.

You’ll Stand Out If You Bring:
- CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Background in event sales, leadership development, or high-ticket B2B
- Experience working with bureaus, event planners, or internal comms teams
- Love of aviation, performance psychology, or peak performance content

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
