Job Title: Sales Representative – Events, Rentals & New Divisions (KPI + Commission)
Location: Based in Gravenhurst or Barrie with travel across Muskoka, Simcoe & GTA
Hours: Full-time
Pay: $20–$24/hr + Commission + Performance Bonuses
(Compensation increases with activity and closed deals — NOT a sit-around job.)

We’re looking for a driven, reliable, motivated Sales Rep to grow our event, rental, festival, corporate, and service divisions.
This is NOT a cold-call-from-a-desk job.
This is a client-facing, relationship-driven, territory-building role.
⭐ About the Role
Your job is to:
- Build relationships with wedding planners, caterers, event designers, resorts, venues, contractors, corporate clients, and municipalities
- Follow up with inbound leads (warm)
- Visit potential partners across Muskoka & Simcoe
- Make strategic pre-scheduled trips to the GTA for high-value clients
- Sell rentals, event packages, corporate setups, lawn care packages, porta-potties, gym memberships, festival sponsorships, etc.
- Generate revenue and grow territory relationships
- Work directly with ownership to expand our client base
This is a KPI-driven role:
You get paid for activity, effort, results, and professionalism — not sitting around.
⭐ ResponsibilitiesDaily/Weekly Sales Work
- Visit planners, resorts, venues, and corporate clients
- Build and manage a sales pipeline in CRM
- Conduct partner outreach in Barrie, Orillia, Simcoe
- Travel to GTA for scheduled high-value meetings
- Present packages, pricing, and services
- Work with our admin team to finalize quotes & proposals
- Attend trade shows, open houses, and key events
Lead Management
- Follow up on inbound inquiries
- Work with funnels created by our marketing team
- Close deals across all brands
- Build recurring corporate relationships
Collaboration
- Work with our marketing/content team
- Provide insight on lead quality
- Coordinate with operations for large jobs
- Help create new service packages
⭐ Compensation Structure
This job is designed for hunters, not loafers.
Hourly Pay (KPI-gated):
- $20–$24/hr
- You must meet weekly KPIs (visits, calls, follow-ups) to unlock full hours
- Failure to meet activity goals = reduced hours until metrics improve
- Success = max hours + weekly bonuses
Commission:
- 3%–5% on new business
- Paid monthly
- Additional bonuses for closing high-value clients ($10k+, $25k+, $50k+)
Monthly Performance Bonus:
- up to $1,000/month for hitting targets
Earning potential: $55,000–$95,000+ per year

- Valid driver’s licence (must travel daily)
- Sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Confidence meeting people face-to-face
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational habits
- Basic tech comfort (CRM, email, phone)
- Able to drive to GTA occasionally
