Position Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and
effectiveness of our sales process. This role will support the sales and customer success teams
by maintaining clean and accurate data in Zoho CRM, scheduling key meetings with clients and
prospects, and providing operational support for ongoing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Management & Data Accuracy (Zoho)
● Maintain and audit Zoho CRM to ensure data integrity across leads, contacts, accounts,
and deals.
● Proactively identify and correct data inconsistencies or outdated information.
● Support implementation of automation workflows and reporting dashboards.
● Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure CRM reflects accurate sales pipeline
stages and activities.
2. Customer Support & Coordination
● Schedule all meetings (annual customer review meetings and day to day) with
customers in collaboration with the Solution Architects team . ...

correctly.

4. Sales Team Support
● Assist with preparation of customer review materials, including pulling reports or
summaries from Zoho.
● Maintain accurate sales documentation and assist with internal communication regarding
meeting status and customer needs.
● Support onboarding of new sales team members on Zoho usage and sales operations
procedures.
Qualifications
● 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Support, or CRM-focused role.
● Understanding of how CRM’s work (we use Zoho).
● Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
● Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical
teams.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Nice to Have
● Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar, etc.)
● Familiarity with SaaS or image processing industries
● Experience creating CRM reports and dashboards
