PROVIDE A FIXED PRICE and examples you've done and what you will provide. I need them in 48 hours PROJECT BRIEF – Marketing Plan Updates (With Measurement Verification Requirements) 1. Objective Produce updated and fully verified marketing plans for selected units, matched exactly to our existing marketing style, with accurate room dimensions and properly measured gross floor areas. 2. Work Required A. Update the Floor Plans Convert layout from 3 bedrooms → 2 bedrooms: Consolidate the two small rear bedrooms into one larger bedroom. Remove the internal partition wall. Update labels to: Chambre 1 Chambre 2 Add yard/green space details: On the lower plan (#3 equivalent), add a new numbered callout (e.g., 4 – Cour arrière). Highlight the green space clearly in the same style as our prior marketing sheets. Label in French: “cour arrière”. Add measurements to the yard (cour arrière): Show width, depth, and total area in m². Use our standard measurement-line style. B. Measurement Verification (IMPORTANT) All measurements must be verified and accompanied by backup evidence. Room sizes (all rooms): Re-measure every room in the provided DWG files. Confirm dimensions and provide screenshot evidence: Each screenshot must show: The dimension line The measurement tool or command Visible endpoints on the DWG Include these screenshots in a separate folder titled: “Measurement Verification – Unit X” Gross floor area (GFA): Must be calculated according to the rule: Measure to the exterior face of exterior walls For shared walls with an adjacent unit, measure to the midpoint of the party wall Provide: The exact polygon or region used for GFA calculation Screenshots showing the polyline/region selection The AutoCAD area readout Summary table for each unit: Room-by-room dimensions (verified) Total unit area Yard dimensions and area GFA calculation screenshot Notes for any discrepancies found in the original plan C. Marketing Plan Production Once layout changes and measurements are confirmed: Produce a clean, final marketing plan PDF per unit: Updated 2-bedroom floorplan Yard (“cour arrière”) highlighted with measurements Numbered callouts: 1, 2, 3, 4 (cour arrière) Bedroom sizes, bathroom count, and total area French labels throughout Identical visual/graphic style to our existing marketing plans Include the DWG source with applied modifications. 3. Deliverables For each unit number (to be provided): Updated DWG floor plan 2-bedroom configuration Yard callout + measurements Corrected room dimensions Marketing Plan PDF Final layout in our established style Measurement Verification Package Screenshots of all room dimension checks Screenshots of GFA measurement method Notes of discrepancies A summarized measurement sheet Editable source files (DWG, InDesign, or Illustrator) 4. Inputs Provided by Darren DWG files (attached) Existing marketing sheets (reference for style) Unit numbers to produce 5. Quality Requirements All measurements must be checked, confirmed, and evidenced. No assumptions — provide screenshots of every measurement. Style must match prior marketing plans exactly. French labeling throughout.
