Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in our dealership’s success by managing the success of the Sales Team and the variable operations of the dealership. You will be responsible for guiding staff and customers through the purchasing process, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maximizing profitability for the dealership.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Training, leading and mentoring of sales staff
• Desking deals and guiding customers and staff through the process
• Hiring of personnel,
• Achievement of target forecasts
