• The Drive Ahead

• * Welcome customers and guide them through the buying process with professionalism and care
• * Build lasting relationships with clients, from their first visit to long after the sale
• * Present vehicle options clearly, including features, pricing, and financing
• * Follow up with leads and existing customers using CRM tools
• * Work collaboratively across departments to deliver seamless service
• * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

• Performance Essentials

• * Experience in sales or customer service (automotive is an asset, but not required)
• * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• * Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
