Description: I run a content agency on instagram where we create content for business owners and post it for them on instagram, we manage the whole process. We script, edit, and post for the business owner all they have to do is send us the footage. Its pretty mush a fully done for you social media management service. I’m looking for a battle-tested sales coach who can help me sharpen my closing skills, handle objections, and increase conversion rates on discovery/sales calls. I don’t need fluffy “mindset” talk or generic motivational garbage. I need someone who’s been in the trenches actually closing deals and can break down: How to structure high-converting sales calls How to frame offers so prospects see the value immediately How to handle common objections (price, “need to think about it,” timing, etc.) How to improve tonality, pacing, and delivery How to set up a consistent system for follow-ups and closing What I’m looking for: Proven track record in sales (agency, coaching, or service-based business experience preferred) Ability to review recorded calls and give direct, no-BS feedback Clear, actionable frameworks/scripts I can apply right away Someone who can role-play scenarios and push me out of my comfort zone To apply, please include: A quick summary of your sales background (what you’ve sold, deal sizes, conversion rates, etc.) A sample of how you’d approach coaching someone in my position Specific results your clients have achieved from your coaching This is not a gig for theorists.
