We are a growing furniture company based in Québec, Canada, and we are looking for motivated sales closers (individuals or agencies) to help us sell furniture through Facebook Marketplace. What we are looking for: • Sellers who already have one or more active Facebook Marketplace accounts • Ability to post listings in the regions we specify (Montréal and across Québec, Canada) • Strong communication skills to respond to client inquiries quickly and professionally • Ability to follow company guidelines and scripts to attract and close customers • Responsible for confirming orders with clients and ensuring accuracy before invoicing Job Responsibilities: • Publish furniture ads on Facebook Marketplace (according to our instructions) • Respond to all customer questions and engage them to complete the sale • Confirm customer details and orders multiple times to avoid mistakes • Send finalized orders to our team for invoicing and processing Payment Structure: • Training Period: Paid fixed salary while you learn the process and handle your first set of clients. • After Training: Compensation switches to commission per client order. You will receive a commission for each confirmed sale. • This allows you to have a secure start, and then benefit from higher earning potential through performance-based commissions. Requirements: • Experience with online sales or closing deals is an asset • Access to one or more active Facebook Marketplace accounts • Reliability and professionalism in customer interactions • Agencies or individuals are welcome to apply Location: • Must be able to sell and manage orders in the Montréal and Québec regions
