Sales Associate for AI firm Base rate of $500 USD per month (adjusted to fit your hourly rate) + a $100 to $5,000+ per month commission (based on performance). About our company: Our AI consulting and development company offers technical services to business and specializes in building and integrating AI systems into a business' operations. The company's long term goal is to only take on advanced, and longer-term projects that require innovation and integration of advanced AI technology and positions itself as a high-end firm who only works with a few big clients. About this role: We're seeking a results-driven sales associate to accelerate our client acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from lead sourcing to booking sales meetings, working directly with high-value prospects seeking AI automation solutions and consulting. This role requires daily outreach, strategic market research, and the ability to communicate complex technical value propositions to prospects. This is a performance-based position (with a minimum of 15 hours per week paid on top of commission) where your earning potential is directly tied to your sales results. Our deal sizes range from $1,000 to $50,000+, with commission rates at 10% which increases as you demonstrate good performance. You will be expected to meet sales targets while maintaining the high-quality standards that define our brand. Primary Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound sales activities (prospecting, cold outreach, follow-ups) - Source and qualify high-value leads through multiple channels - Manage and improve our lead gen pipeline - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for target markets - Research prospects thoroughly to craft personalized, compelling outreach campaigns - Manage the complete sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signature - Write persuasive sales copy across email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels - Collaborate with technical team to accurately represent our capabilities and scope projects - Manage our lead list and CRM platform Requirements: - Strong written and verbal English communication skills (this is important) - Proven understanding of sales psychology and sales principles - Very strong copywriting abilities with demonstrated results - Experience with the complete sales cycle: lead generation, nurturing, cold outreach, objection handling - Strong research skills for lead enriching and market analysis - Ability to understand and articulate technical AI/automation concepts to prospects - Self-motivated with ability to work independently - Strong desire to make a lot of money based on performance - Good understanding with sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms, etc.) Nice-to-haves: - Previous experience selling technical services or software solutions - Knowledge of AI, automation, or business process optimization - Experience with enterprise sales (deals $10k+) - Background in lead generation automation tools - Experience in advertising and sales funnels Compensation: - Base pay: $125 USD per month / your hourly rate = hours per weeks - Commission: 10% on all closed deals that you bring (deals range from $1,000 to $50,000+) - Commission rates increase based on performance over time - Quota of $2,500 in sales per month - High earners typically work additional hours to maximize commission potential - Rate and commission will increase with performance This role offers significant earning potential for the right candidate. One large deal per month or several smaller deals can generate substantial commission income. Long-term employment is performance-dependent and based on consistent quota achievement and overall contribution to company growth. Base hourly rate will commensurate experience and skills.
