Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to account managers.

Prepare sales documents such as temporary discount notices, promotional flyers, price change notices, and new product notices.

Track promotional activities using calendars.

Manage deductions for promotional fees and other related expenses.

Ensure effective communication between different departments, both internally and externally.

Prepare regular reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence systems.

Create and update PowerPoint presentations, brand presentations, and business reviews.

Continuously follow up on requests received by email.

Perform all other related tasks to support the team.

Qualifications
DEC in administration or equivalent.

Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative assistant or sales support role.

Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is required to communicate with clients and partners across Canada.
