Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Analyze market research data to improve business decisions or activities . Develop promotional materials. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
