We are a global design studio creating luxury marble and stone furniture from bespoke residential pieces to large-scale hospitality projects. We are expanding in the UAE and looking for a proven sales agent who can bring relationships, credibility, and results. This is not a mass cold-calling role. We need someone who understands the luxury/interiors market and can build relationships with architects, interior designers, and developers. Compensation includes a small base retainer for commitment and a strong commission structure tied to results. Responsibilities: • Generate and qualify leads in UAE luxury furniture and interiors. • Build relationships with architects, designers, and hospitality groups. • Negotiate, close deals, and oversee client handover. • Report weekly on outreach, pipeline, and closed revenue. • Strong communication skills; Arabic + English preferred. • Ability to manage longer sales cycles (custom projects). • Self-starter who can generate own leads, not just follow inbound. ⸻ Compensation: • Monthly retainer • 5–15% commission on closed deals (tiered by deal size). • Commission paid within 10 days of client payment/deposit. • Retainer + commission may increase if role scales and you deliver consistent revenue.
