We are a fast-growing, customer-focused used car dealership dedicated to providing quality vehicles and exceptional service. We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and personable Automotive Sales Representative to join our team and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (High earning potential)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Understand customer needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business
• Negotiate deals and complete sales paperwork accurately
• Collaborate with management to achieve monthly sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized lot and showroom

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales is a plus but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
