Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Restaurant/food services management. Human resources management and services, other. Management science. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Fast food outlet or concession. Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
