We are looking for an experienced Estimator & Take-Off Specialist to support our renovation business in Vancouver , BC, Canada by preparing accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for residential projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction estimating, attention to detail, and the ability to work with drawings and project plans. Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed and accurate take-offs for materials and labor. • Develop cost estimates for renovation projects (kitchen, bathroom, flooring, etc.). • Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate calculations. • Provide timely and clear reports to support project bids and client proposals. • Collaborate with our team, subcontractors and suppliers to adjust estimates as project details evolve. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an estimator or take-off specialist in construction/renovation. • Strong knowledge of residential renovation trades and materials. • Proficiency in take-off/estimating software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Houzz Pro or similar). • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations. • Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
